Functional Consultant – EBS Finance

Provide functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules by driving business process analysis, functional design, configuration, and implementation. Deliver best-fit solutions aligned with Oracle ERP capabilities and support business requirements through scalable processes.

Conduct functional evaluation and detailed analysis of financial processes.
Participate in design discussions, workshops, and sessions to address process gaps and propose improvements.

Functional Lead – Source to Settle

Provide functional leadership in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Procurement modules by driving business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation. Ensure alignment of business requirements with Oracle ERP capabilities while delivering scalable, best-practice solutions.

Conduct functional evaluation and detailed analysis of business requirements.
Participate in design discussions, workshops, and sessions to identify gaps and propose process improvements.
Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules to deliver best-fit solutions.
Lead functional solution design, application setups, and testing activities.
Configure Oracle EBS Procurement modules including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, and iSupplier Portal.
Prepare design documentation and collaborate with application teams to meet business needs.
Support Oracle applications including extensions, customizations, and development of new CEMLI components.
Participate in testing cycles to ensure solutions work as expected.

Oracle EBS Techno-Functional – Source to Settle

Lead techno-functional responsibilities within Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Procurement and
Finance modules, covering business process analysis, solution design, development,
customization, and implementation. Ensure alignment between business requirements and
Oracle ERP capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Lead business process analysis, design, and development for Oracle Procurement modules.
Conduct functional evaluation and detailed analysis of requirements.
Participate in design discussions, workshops, and sessions to address process gaps and
propose improvements.
Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and deliver best-fit solutions.
Design, configure, and customize workflows, OAF components, reports, and Oracle Mobile
applications.
Work on SQL, PL/SQL, interfaces, data conversions, data migrations, OAF, Forms &
Reports, and Oracle Mobile Application Framework.
Ensure seamless interaction between Procurement applications and Oracle EBS Financials.
Develop and enhance CEMLI components, including extensions and customizations.
Prepare design documentation, technical specifications, and unit test cases.
Support testing cycles to validate solutions and ensure quality deliverables.

Process Lead

To lead and manage all aspects of process operations in the concentrator plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production performance while meeting production, quality, safety, and environmental targets.

Oversee daily operations of the concentrator plant (crushing, grinding, classification, flotation, thickening, filtration).
Lead and coordinate the process team including control room operators, field operators, and technicians.
Ensure production targets are met as per daily, weekly, and monthly plant plans.
Monitor throughput, recovery, and product quality; adjust processes as needed.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and work with metallurgical/technical teams on improvements.
Plan shift schedules, allocate manpower, and manage shift performance and handovers.
Enforce compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and SOPs.
Track and analyze process KPIs (feed rate, recovery, tailing losses, reagent dosage, downtime).
Prepare and submit daily production reports, deviation logs, and shift summaries.
Train and mentor process staff to enhance operational knowledge and safety culture.
Coordinate with maintenance, instrumentation, electrical, and laboratory teams to resolve issues.
Monitor and control consumable usage (reagents, grinding media, water, power).
Manage process-related emergencies, ensuring safe and timely resolution.
