                    <description><![CDATA[<p>The Program Manager – Enterprise Data Platform is responsible for the successful delivery of the<br />
bank’s enterprise Data Platform initiative. This includes overseeing all phases of the project<br />
lifecycle—procurement, design, development, deployment, testing, and handover—ensuring<br />
alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. The role<br />
demands expert-level project governance, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and<br />
stakeholder engagement to deliver a modern, scalable, and compliant data management platform.</p>
<p>• • Lead end-to-end execution of the Enterprise Data Platform project including<br />
procurement, design, development, deployment, testing, and handover.<br />
• Define project approach, responsibilities, schedule, and ensure alignment with overall<br />
program objectives.<br />
• Communicate project requirements, work plans, and management updates to all<br />
stakeholders.<br />
• Prepare and validate project status summaries for management, ensuring stakeholder<br />
alignment.<br />
• Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, challenges, and next steps.<br />
• Coordinate with internal departments (Business, IT, Operations, etc.) and system<br />
integrators to define and refine business requirements.<br />
• Define and enforce quality criteria including entry and exit conditions; raise alerts on any<br />
deviations.<br />
• Monitor deliverables against baseline scope and report variances.<br />
• Identify risks, dependencies, and pre-requisites; develop mitigation strategies to ensure<br />
smooth execution.<br />
• Drive collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and system integrator (SI) partners.<br />
• Proven track record managing large-scale data platform projects, preferably in the banking<br />
sector.<br />
• Deep expertise in RDBMS, structured/unstructured data, big data technologies, NoSQL<br />
databases, ETL, and data warehouse architecture.<br />
• Experience in implementing cloud-based data platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g.,<br />
Power BI).<br />
• Strong background in vendor coordination and contract negotiation.<br />
• Strong leadership and team management in high-pressure environments.<br />
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non-technical<br />
stakeholders.<br />
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.<br />
• Strong multitasking ability with effective time and priority management.<br />
• Proficiency with modern project management tools and platforms.<br />
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in data platform infrastructure and operation.</p>
