Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE – Civil)

• Design, review, and supervise MEP & HVAC works for interior fit-out projects.
• Perform HVAC load calculations, duct routing, and equipment selection.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, full detailed BOQs, and material submittals to ensure
  accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise site installations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services.
  Coordinate MEP activities with architectural and interior works.
• Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project
  specifications.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring MEP works.
• Negotiate with MEP & HVAC contractors, verify subcontractor quantities, and ensure
  that each cost item is calculated accurately.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.
• Assist in estimation, tender preparation, and client proposals.
• Maintain proper documentation for approvals, inspections, and handovers.
• Prepare daily site reports and submit consolidated weekly progress reports.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

•  Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) covering civil, interior, MEP,
  HVAC, and joinery/wooden works.
•  Provide accurate cost estimation for materials, labor, subcontractors, and
  suppliers.
•  Continuously update cost plans during all project phases.
• Evaluate and price custom joinery, carpentry, and bespoke furniture
  items.
•  Coordinate with joinery subcontractors and furniture suppliers.
•  Ensure cost efficiency and compliance with design intent.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
•  Assist procurement in negotiations and price comparisons.
•  Ensure subcontractor pricing aligns with project budgets and standards.
•  Draft, review, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
•  Track variations, claims, and change orders.
•  Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
•  Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
•  Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management.
•  Highlight risks, overruns, and recommend corrective actions.
•  Work closely with design, procurement, and project management teams.
•  Attend client and site meetings, providing cost and commercial input.
•  Support project managers in financial planning and decision-making.
•  Prepare and submit final accounts upon project completion.
•  Ensure all variations and settlements are properly documented.

Qualifications
