Senior OutSystems Developer

Job Purpose:
To enhance IT capabilities by developing and maintaining applications using the OutSystems platform. This role involves delivering end-to-end
system development and maintenance for medium-scale enterprise technology platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain OutSystems applications, addressing change requests and fixing issues.
Provide expert-level assistance in creating and supporting new applications using OutSystems.
Lead business requirement gatherings and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor team members, delegate tasks, and review their work.
Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and align designs.
Improve system stability, performance, and scalability.
Own and manage the change request process.
Conduct technical and code reviews to ensure quality.
Translate business requirements into scalable applications using OutSystems capabilities.
Evaluate application performance and recommend best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in multi-platform, multi-dimensional environments.
At least 2 years of OutSystems experience, including reactive web development.
Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs).
Familiarity with SDLC and rapid application development tools.
Expertise in responsive UI design using modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, Bootstrap).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct technical reviews.
Experience with REST, JSON, XML, and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks

Credit Card Technical Consultant

Job Purpose
The Credit Card Technical Consultant will be responsible for managing, supporting, and
implementing payment systems, with a focus on credit card systems, POS acquiring systems,
and other related payment platforms. The role involves handling projects, change requests
(CRs), compliance-related implementations, and providing technical testing and certifications.

Key Tasks and Duties
 Implement patches, changes, and testing for Credit Card and POS acquiring applications,
including interfaces with internal and external systems.
 Prepare and execute test cases during Agile sprints for payment system applications.
 Perform regression testing, implementation support, and certifications with Visa, MasterCard,
Amex, and Central Bank.
 Support UAT activities and performance testing, ISO testing, and other compliance-related
tests.
 Carry out projects and enhancements related to POS Acquiring & Credit Card issuing.
 Ensure compliance with payment scheme processes and standards (Visa/MasterCard).
 Participate in requirements gathering, design phases, and recommend best approaches for
implementation.
 Manage periodic compliance changes, system upgrades, and payment system releases.
 Establish and maintain operational procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.

 Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring root cause analysis
and preventive measures.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous
improvement.
 Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with stakeholders for projects and maintenance.
 Support audit and compliance management activities, ensuring adherence to PCI-DSS, ISO
27001, and banking regulations.

Qualification

Senior Technical Consultant – Payment System (Debit Card Systems)

This role is a combination of business and technical skills; understanding of the banking and
finance domain is an essential requirement. Responsibilities include handling projects, CRs, and
support of issues specific to Debit Card systems, ATM, Statement Printer, Kiosk Machine, Instant
issuance, and other connected systems running in the bank. The role involves hands-on experience
working on the Postilion switch and managing day-to-day support, implementation, and
configuration of position applications including modules like location office, postload portal,
issuance kiosk machine, instant card issuance, and other locally deployed modules.

• Handle projects, CRs, and support production fixes on the test system and maintain test
system.
• Manage compliance-related changes and end-to-end CR system flow.
• Perform technical evaluations of initiatives in debit card systems and ATM acquiring.
• Perform configurations and developments on debit card application on Postilion Switch.
• Conduct regression testing, implementation support, and system testing
(internal/external).
• Provide CR analysis and technical recommendations.
• Assist in the test bed and regression testing phase.
• Execute configuration changes and troubleshooting on Postilion.
• Escalate and coordinate payment system incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct trend analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
• Align stakeholder objectives with organizational goals.
• Coordinate updates to system management.
• Oversee audit readiness and execution.
• Ensure adherence to standards like PCI-DSS, ISO 27001.
• Maintain documentation of control and compliance measures.
• Implement audit recommendations.
