The Business Demand Officer – Trainee will assist in the end-to-end management, tracking, and<br />
governance of business demand change requests. The role involves coordinating with<br />
stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and providing reporting and analytical support to<br />
ensure successful implementation and tracking of change initiatives.<br />
Key Tasks and Duties<br />
Change Request Management:<br />

 Define the scope of change and obtain approvals from impacted departments<br />
 Prepare and present change requests for governance and approval<br />
 Develop schedules for change requests with IT and vendors<br />
 Track implementation timelines and communicate progress to business and IT<br />

 Manage documentation of delays and issues for each change request<br />
 Conduct and coordinate meetings with business units, IT teams, and focus groups<br />
 Act as a liaison and point of contact between stakeholders and the BDM team<br />
