Key Tasks and Duties
 Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general
ledger entries.
 Prepare and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and financial records.
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
 Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
 Process supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and payroll transactions accurately.
 Ensure VAT/tax compliance and support external audit processes.
 Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all financial activities.
 Utilize accounting software to record and monitor financial data.
 Support management in financial analysis and variance tracking.
 Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and ensure timely
reporting.

Qualification
 Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
